About Us
Oakville is blessed with two spectacularly scenic and historic harbours - Oakville Harbour in downtown Oakville at 16 Mile Creek, and Bronte Harbour at the mouth of 12 Mile Creek. Attracting a multitude of boats of all shapes and sizes, our waterfront is the perfect spot for a summertime stroll along the shore or a relaxing glass of something at one of our splendid outdoor patios.
Home to an abundance of wildlife and unsurpassed scenery, our creeks and valleys provide hikers, photographers and anglers with year-round entertainment.
Fish from one of our piers or charter a boat and tackle some of Lake Ontario's famous salmon and trout.
The Oakville and Bronte Harbours are owned by the Town of Oakville, and operated by the Oakville Parks and Open Space Department. These natural harbours accommodate several hundred sail and power boats as well as recreational facilities.
Launch ramps and moorings are available at both harbours. For information on the services we provide, please select Bronte Harbour or Oakville Harbour, or contact us.
